Subway Maps
I just purchased a few amazing screenprints of Rome, Tokyo, and London subways. Fab has them on sale now.
I love maps of all kinds, but I am really a sucker for maps interpreted by artists and designers… drool.

Sistine Chapel
This is one of the best uses of this technology I’ve seen. Check out the 360º view of the sistine chapel. It really does a nice job replicating the experience of being there -much more than looking at pictures in an art history book.

Food Co-Op & Great Design
I love seeing really thoughtful redesigns… and really thoughtful new designs for that matter. The rebranding of this food co-op in London caught my eye as a very cool solution. My favorite part of the entire scheme is the use of the hole punch as a major design element…. and the fact that all of the collateral can be produced in house (for cheap) is awesome as well. Make Your Own Tableware
This is great! If you break another one of your cups, no worries… just make another one. Or, if you have an enormous dinner party with 500 people (oh, the horror) - you can have matching plates :)
This is really an interesting idea. I’d love to see more stuff like it in the future, and I’m especially interested in new types of waxes or resins that will be available for use.
